A New Hampshire man won $1 million off a $25 scratch ticket that was sold at a Maine convenience store, according to the Maine State Lottery.Jason Lepage, of Rochester, is the first $1 million in the lottery's $50,000,000 CASH BLOWOUT instant game, lottery officials said.Lepage bought the winning ticket at The Milk Room in Waterboro.He received a check for $710,000 after taxes.The store will get $10,000 for selling the winning ticket.
