Ministers, officers at IIM Lucknow again for session

LUCKNOW: All ministers of the Yogi Adityanath government and bureaucrats at secretary level and above till the chief secretary will attend a day-long session on leadership development in IIM Lucknow on Sunday.
Sunday's session will be the second of three which the cabinet will be attending. An information department official said that the team of around 70 will depart for IIM around 8am from the CM's residence and will be on the campus till 6pm.
"Sunday's course includes sessions on the process of policy formulation, mapping and stakeholder expectations to make the right trade-offs, policy implementation, project management and organisation, setting accountabilities, and project monitoring and control system.The course has been set up by IIM faculty," said the official.
Last Sunday, the session attended by ministers covered aspects of good governance, financial management, administration among others.
