A musical event 'Ummeed Ki Kiran' held in Delhi

Delhi-based NGO Diya India Foundation organised a musical event - Ummeed Ki Kiran - to raise awareness about the environment, education and health of the underprivileged community. The event, that took place at Select CITYWALK, saw young musicians and dancers taking the centerstage. Delhi University students, including Crescendo (Western music society of Sri Venkateswara College) and Dance Soc (Lady Sri Ram College), gave scintillating performances, forcing the audience to groove with them.

The event was organised in order to inspire conversations about finding ways of working together to eradicate the root cause of the social eveils in the country and accelerate the progress of the underprivileged section of society in Delhi and beyond.
