Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday (14 September) unleashed a blitzkrieg of vocal warnings to Pakistan and warned that it would be broken into several parts if it didn't stop supporting terrorism, reports Asian News International (ANI).
Speaking at an event organised by the Bharatiya Veer Jawan Trust in Surat, Singh said, "In 1971, Pakistan which was formed on the basis of religion was divided into two parts. If politics based on religion goes on in Pakistan, no one can prevent it from getting divided into several parts."
Also, addressing the gathering of families of soldiers who had been martyred on the line of duty, Singh reiterated that if talks take place between India and Pakistan, then it would be on the subject of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK).
Meanwhile, another Union Minister Ramdas Athawale had also said recently that if Pakistan's PM Imran Khan wants talks with India, then he should first handover PoK back to India given the region had been illegally occupied by Pakistan.

Introducing ElectionsHQ + 50 Ground Reports Project
The 2024 elections might seem easy to guess, but there are some important questions that shouldn't be missed.
Do freebies still sway voters? Do people prioritise infrastructure when voting? How will Punjab vote?
The answers to these questions provide great insights into where we, as a country, are headed in the years to come.
Swarajya is starting a project with an aim to do 50 solid ground stories and a smart commentary service on WhatsApp, a one-of-a-kind. We'd love your support during this election season.
