Waterlogged new location for Daryaganj book market
The new location for the Daryaganj book market at Mahila Haat on Asaf Ali Road has got neither the soul/vibe nor the sheer expanse of the traditional market. It wore a deserted waterlogged look on Sunday morning. Forced to pay almost Rs 50,000 each Sunday by the North Corporation the poor 250 vendors have little choice.
