Criminal surrenders wearing placard saying 'don't shoot me' in UP's Amroha

A rare incident that happened. A bunch of policemen on a routine checking drive in UP’s Amroha. The cops were taken aback when they saw a man, with a placard hanging around his neck, approaching them. The board read, ‘Mujhe goli mat maro. Main lootera hun. Maaf kar do (Don’t shoot me. I am robber, forgive me)”. Soon, they smirked at their prized catch. Akhil Kumar, 25, was wanted in a two-month old loot case. He was also carrying Rs 2 lakh, his share of the loot, which he handed over to policemen on Monday at a crossing near Gajraula police station as a curious crowd witnessed the entire incident.
