TULSA COUNTY, Okla. – Officials are investigating a fatal incident involving a train in Tulsa County this week.

Around 3:20 p.m. on Tuesday, emergency crews were called to the railroad tracks near 262 nd West Ave. and Hwy 51 near Mannford.

When officials arrived at the scene, they found the body of 32-year-old Dustin K. Day.

The conductor and engineer of the train, which had four engines and 81 cars, were not injured.

Authorities say they are still investigating what led up to the crash.
