New DMs in Gopalganj, Sheohar; SPs of Vaishali and Jamui shifted

PATNA: The state government on Friday transferred 18 IAS and four IPS officers. Sheohar DM Arshad Aziz has replaced Gopalganj DM Animesh Kumar Parashar, who will be managing director of state food corporation with additional charge of additional secretary in food and consumer protection department. General administration department (GAD) additional secretary Avanish Kumar will be Sheohar DM with additional charge of the district settlement officer.
Jamui SP J Jalaraddy will replace Vaishali SP Manavjeet Singh Dhillon, who has been transferred to Special Task Force (STF).Inamul Haq Mengnu will be the new Jamui SP. Gopalganj SP Rashid Jaman has been made commandant, home guards in Patna with additional charge of assistant state fire officer in Bihar fire services. Jaman replaced Manoj Kumar Tiwary, who will be new Gopalganj SP.
Health department special secretary Radheshayam Sah has been made special secretary in revenue and land reforms department. GAD special secretary Dayanidhan Pandey has been shifted to social welfare department with additional charge of director of social security in the department.
Tourism department additional secretary Uday Kumar has been transferred to GAD in same capacity with additional charge of cane commission in sugar cane industries department.
Raj Kumar, who was posted as director of social security in social welfare department, will be director of social welfare wing in the same department. He will continue to hold the additional charge of director (disability) in the department.
GAD additional secretary Himanshu Kumar Rai has shifted to cabinet secretariat department. Planning and development department joint secretary Sunil Kumar Yadav will be joint secretary in finance department.
Planning and development department joint secretary Anand Sharma has been transferred to cooperative department while rural development department additional secretary Kanwal Tanuj would be handling additional charge of managing director of Bihar state tourism development corporation.
Jhanjharpur SDO Anshul Agarwal has been made DDC-cum-CEO of Bhojpur district board while Mahua SDO Richi Pandey will be DDC-cum-CEO of Begusarai district board.
Forbesganj SDO Ravi Prakash has been made DDC-cum-CEO of Banka district board while Sadar SDO (Gopalganj) Varsha Singh will be DDC-cum-CEO of Katihar district board. Sadar SDO (Sitamarhi) Mukul Kumar Gupta will be DDC-cum-CEO of Jehanabad.
Danapur SDO (Patna) Anshul Kumar has been made DDC-cum-CEO of Aurangabad and Bagaha (West Champaran) SDO Vijay Prakash Meena as DDC-cum-CEO of Vaishali while Hilsa (Nalanda) SDO Vaibhav Kumar will be DDC-cum-CEO of Nawada district board.
