World wrestling champion Tynybekova solemnly greeted in Bishkek

Bishkek, Sept.21, 2019. /Kabar/. World wrestling champion Aisuluu Tynybekova was solemnly greeted at the Manas International Airport.

Aisuluu Tynybekova won gold for the first time in the history of Kyrgyzstan at the World Women's Wrestling Championships in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.

The domestic athlete competed in the 62kg weight class. In the final bout, the Kyrgyz athlete defeated Bulgaria’s Taybe Yusein with a score of 5-3.

At the airport, she was greeted by officials in the person of Chief of Staff of President of the Kyrgyz Republic Dosaly Esenaliyev, Deputy Prime Minister Zamirbek Askarov, Deputy Head of the State Agency for Youth Affairs, Physical Education and Sports Mirlan Parkhanov, as well as relatives and fans of the athlete.

Tynybekova said after the victory President Sooronbay Jeenbekov and Prime Minister Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziev congratulated her.

“I dedicate this victory to my country and people. These are the results of hard work and years of training. This is not only my victory, this is our common victory,” she said.
