Zumba with AdventHealth Palm Coast

AdventHealth Palm Coast will kick off breast cancer awareness month with a free women’s Zumba event from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, at the Palm Coast Community Center, 305 Palm Coast Parkway. There will be a 30-minute beginner class at 11:30 a.m. This event is free. The first 50 women to arrive will receive a Vera Bradley tote bag. Women's health expo

AdventHealth DeLand will host a free women's health expo for Breast Cancer Awareness Month from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, at Victoria Gardens, 1001 Garden Club Drive, DeLand. This free event will include health education, goodies, food, music and more. Attendees are encouraged to donate a new bra for victims of domestic and sexual violence at the Family Life Center. The art of healing

AdventHealth Daytona Beach will host the Art of Healing, a free monthly program for those in medical situations, caregivers and cancer survivors, at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, in the Cancer Institute conference room, 224 Memorial Medical Parkway. Professional art facilitators from the Ormond Memorial Art Museum will offer creative instruction, appropriate for all artistic skill levels, in a relaxing and nurturing atmosphere.
