He founded Convert Immobilien S.E., one of the largest Real Estate companies in Austria with over one billion U.S. Dollars in assets. In 2019 he completed the largest wooden skyscraper in the world, standing 85 meters tall. Over two decades ago, Gunter Kerbler fell in love with the beautiful Dominican peninsula, Samana. He designed and built the first few high-end luxury villas with top designers and architect.
The first 2 villas at Cap el Limon are designed by a famous Swiss architect —Leo Walser— whose designs look more like sculptures than buildings, exploring the interplay of shapes and shadows.
