Isuzu MU-X, V Cross, D-Max discount offers of up to Rs 2 lakhs

Isuzu India has announced attractive offers for its product range. This starts at Rs. 50,000/- for its D-Max (Single Cab) commercial variant to Rs. 2,00,000/- on the MU-X SUV. The offer at hand is valid on all commercial D-Max variants, S-Cab variants, V-Cross base variant, and the MU-X variants.

The offers will be applied on ex-showroom price and are valid until October 31, 2019. These offers equate to about 10 percent of the taxes levied on these vehicles.

Indian automobile market has been grappling with a slowdown that refuses to go away. Over the past several months’ sales haven’t shown any positive trends, and offers and benefits to customers is becoming more than necessary.

Auto manufacturers, for the most part were anticipating a reduction on GST. Preposterous hopes to say the least. However, this expectation was thwarted last week. The relief on offer pertains to reduction in corporate tax, and its yet to be seen in which way auto manufacturers can pass off any of these gains to customers. Isuzu Motors India is keep to foster an upbeat mood amongst customers in the current festive season.

Company spokesperson, Shankar Srinivas said, “ISUZU would like its customers to be delighted and enter the festive season joyously. Our special offer valid until 31st October 2019, would excite our prospective customers to continue their focus on their business with added fervor and also bring excitement to their homes during the festive season.”

Speaking about Isuzu India, the company recently launched the new V-Cross Z Prestige variant of the pick up truck. It comes in with a first in segment 6 speed automatic gearbox and is priced at Rs.19.99 lakhs, Rs.3 lakhs more than its manual counterpart. The standard variant is priced at Rs. 15.5 lakhs and the High Z variant carries a price tag of Rs. 17 lakhs.

Isuzu V-Cross Z Prestige variant gets its power via a powerful 1.9 liter Ddi engine mated to a 6 speed automatic transmission offering 150 PS power and 350 Nm torque. This is already on sale in international markets, while the regular variants get a 2.5 liter diesel engine offering 135 PS power and 320 Nm torque mated to a 5 speed gearbox. The company states that despite this 1.9 liter engine being of smaller displacement, its more powerful and fuel efficient.
