Mysuru Dasara celebrations come to an end with a bang

It was curtains for the Dasara celebrations on Tuesday, as the Jamboo Savari procession took to the streets of Mysuru. With the elephants leading the way, the colourful procession had folk performances and 39 tableaux from the various districts.
Earlier in the day, the scion of the royal family, Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar performed puja to the Shami tree, after which kusti performances were held in the Palace premises.
