6 from Secunderabad feared dead as car falls into Sagar canal
Six persons, all residents of Secunderabad, are feared dead after their car plunged into Nagarjunasagar Left Bank Canal at Chakirala village in Suryapet on Friday night.Till last reports came in they were untraceable.

SECUNDERABAD: Six persons, all residents of Secunderabad, are feared dead after their car plunged into Nagarjunasagar Left Bank Canal at Chakirala village in Suryapet on Friday night. Till last reports came in they were untraceable.
Suryapet police said Abdul (45), Rajesh (29), Johnson (33), Santosh (23), Naresh (35) and Pavan Kumar (23) were returning to city in the car after attending their friend's wedding at Chakirala when the accident happened.
The district administration rushed a team to the accident site, but could not take up rescue operation due to heavy flow of water and poor visibility. Officials said they are probing how the vehicle crashed into the canal.
