Tis Hazari clash: Delhi HC orders judicial inquiry, says no coercive action against any lawyer

No coercive action shall be taken against any lawyer involved in the clash with the police at Tis Hazari court, the Delhi High Court said Sunday. The High Court has also ordered judicial inquiry by one of its retired judges into the clash and directed the Delhi Police chief to transfer Special Commissioner Sanjay Singh and Additional DCP Harinder Singh pending probe into the matter.
