Greater Noida to host four-day Ayuryog Expo 2019 from November 7

With air pollution levels crossing danger marks, a gathering of world leaders in naturopathy, yoga and Ayurveda comes timely. Ayuryog Expo 2019 - touted as the world's largest assembly and congregation of Yoga, Ayurveda and Naturopathy – all under one roof - will be held from November 7 to 10 at India Expo Centre and Mart Greater Noida.

GREATER NOIDA: With air pollution levels crossing danger marks, a gathering of world leaders in naturopathy, yoga and Ayurveda comes timely. Ayuryog Expo 2019 - touted as the world's largest assembly and congregation of Yoga, Ayurveda and Naturopathy – all under one roof - will be held from November 7 to 10 at India Expo Centre and Mart Greater Noida.
Highlights in the event include sessions from Padma Shri Dr HR Nagendra, Padma Bhushan Dr David Frawley, Padma Bhushan Vaidya Devendra Triguna along with Patanjali’s Baba Ramdev, Art of Living’s Sri Sri Ravishankar and Lorenzo Cohen - professor in the department of general oncology and behavioural science, University of Texas.
Cohen is involved with psychosocial and integrative therapies such as reiki, energy medicine, acupuncture and yoga.
From the Indian Yoga Association (IYA) stalwarts such as Chidananda Saraswati from Rishikesh, Portugal based Amrta Suryananda coming with 200 disciples and industry people, Swami Maheshwarananda coming from Austria, Dr Hansa Yogendra Jaidev director, the Yoga Institute in Mumbai, OP Tiwari – a direct disciple of late Swami Kuvalayanandaji, founder of Kaivalyadhama – a pioneer institute in the field of scientific research in yoga and more will be holding sessions at the four-day event.
Organised by India Exposition Mart Limited (IEML) along with the Export Promotion Council for Handicraft (EPCH) with support from the India Yoga Association (IYA), All India Ayurvedic Congress (AIAC), Centre for Innovation in Science and Social Action (CISSA) and Indian Naturopathy and Yoga Graduates' Medical Association (INYGMA), the event boasts the biggest names and assembly of holistic healing, naturopathy, Ayurveda and yoga.
“This mega initiative has been taken for the first time in the country and the world to bring all yogis, gurus, experts and eminent personalities connected to Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy. Highlights will be special four plenary and technical sessions spread over the days with them. Anyone seeking natural therapies, holistic healing and yogic asanas must make the effort to attend this event as all the top names who are specialists in their fields will be attending the event,” said Rakesh Kumar chairman IEML.
Ayuryog Expo 2019 will also have special sessions focusing on yoga education targeted at school going students. Also, global exhibitors will be showcasing their specialized products at the event which will be open to all from 11am to 6pm.
