President's rule has been imposed in the state of Maharashtra on Tuesday. President Ram Nath Kovind has approved the cabinet's nod. The MHA spokesperson said, " Maharashtra Governor was of the view that it has been 15 days since the conclusion of electoral process and none of the political parties are in the position to form a govt in the state; President's Rule is a better option." Maharashtra governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari had invited BJP , Shiv Sena and NCP to form the government but none of them turned up with their ability to form the government.
