HYDERABAD: At least 20 dogs were found with their hind and front legs bound with wires inside Bhaskara Medical College at Moinabad on Tuesday. The incident came to light when a student's parent spotted a few men who trying to take the dogs out of the campus allegedly upon receiving instructions from the management of the college.
“The dogs were released after I spoke to the management and called animal activists,” the parent who did not wish to be named said.

“After the dogs were released, we spoke to the management and counselled them to get the dogs vaccinated and sterlised to control their population in college. Relocating or killing them will not solve the problem,” said Aanchal Khanna, an animal activist.
