Tamannah’s upcoming film is titled Action, which she plays opposite actor Vishal. “Vishal and I are commandos in the film. Like in Hollywood action films, where the female character is strong and glamorous, this film has me on the same lines,” says Tamannah.
The actress then goes on to praise director Sundar C for designing her role in a strong way. “When creating this character he wanted that after watching this film, more directors should write such strong characters for women,” says Tamannah.
The actress then talks about how it was shooting for the film. “When I usually come to a shoot, I get papers with the dialogues and scene sequences. But for this film, it was different. They gave me a paper that told me that I jump from here, run and chase someone and then do an action scene, Tamannah says with a laugh, adding, “But as the title suggests, the movie has less dialogue and more action.”
However, we’re told that Tamannah did this film because of the director. “I’ve wanted to work with director Sundar C, so when he asked me I agreed. It helps that the script is also different. After this film, I am confident I can do more action sequels. Actually, I want to do more films in this genre,” says Tamannah.
