IIM CAT 2019: The Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM-Kozhikode) released an important update for students who will appear for the Common Admission Test (CAT 2019). The entrance test for admission in India’s top B-schools is scheduled to be conducted on November 24, 2019. The admit card is available at the website- iimk.ac.in. The candidates can download the hall ticket through the website.
A total of 2.44 lakh candidates will appear for the CAT 2019 at 376 exam centres across 156 cities in India. The examination will be conducted in the morning shift (9 am- 12 noon) and afternoon shift from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Candidates will be allotted exactly 60 minutes for answering questions in each section and they will not be allowed to switch from one section to another while answering questions in a section.
The Indian Institute of Management has advised the aspirants to go through the test day video uploaded in CAT website to get familiar with the security and other exam day procedures.
CAT 2019 results are likely to be declared by the second week of January 2020. The CAT 2019 score is valid only till December 31, 2020.
The three-hour examination will comprise of three sections include i) Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, ii) Quantitative Ability, and iii) Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning. Candidates will be given one hour for each section, PwD candidates will get 20 minutes extra for each section.
