Hyderabad: All India Kisan Congress vice-president Kodanda Reddy alleged that though the state government had earmarked Rs 12,000 crore for Rythu Bandhu scheme, not even 50% of the farmers in the state have got the sop. He said 11 lakh farmers are yet to get new pass books due to purification of land records done by the government. “The TRS government has not implemented its promise of waiving off Rs 1 lakh crop loan,” he said.
