Music executive Adam Lublin charged with sexually assaulting a fourth unconscious woman

Panty-swiping music executive Adam Lublin has been charged with the sexual assault of a fourth unconscious woman.

Lublin, 43, turned himself in Monday morning to the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office on the new raps, marking the third time he has been arrested on sex crimes in two months.

“Not guilty,” he said Monday in Manhattan Supreme Court to one count of first-degree sex abuse and seven counts of unlawful surveillance for the new incident, which allegedly occurred on Sept. 10 inside his apartment.

Assistant DA Elizabeth Clerkin said in court that Lublin had five short movies on his iCloud account that depicted an unconscious woman’s genitals and him molesting her.

He had brought the woman home an hour before the videos were taken, and she had no recollection of the alleged abuse, the prosecutor said.

Justice Laura Ward released Lublin without bail on the latest case but told him he must abide by a 7 p.m. curfew. He is already free on $1,275,000 bond for the earlier allegations, which was arranged by bondsman Ira Judelson.

The former vice president at sports and live entertainment company AEG already faces seven counts of sexual abuse and burglary related to three separate victims.

On Sept. 14, he allegedly sneaked into a woman’s apartment inside the luxury River Terrace building in Battery Park City where they both lived, and she awoke to find him “leaning over her bed and touching her vagina,” according to Clerkin.

A week earlier, on Sept. 8, he intruded into the same apartment, where he sexually assaulted the woman’s roommate, allegedly touching her breast as she slept.

Prosecutors say Lublin discarded a cup with a flamingo straw in a trash can on the street. Police recovered the cup, which had several pairs of women’s panties stuffed inside.

The roommates later identified the underwear and the flamingo straw as theirs and said the items had inexplicably gone missing from their apartment.

During the DA’s investigation, prosecutors tracked down the third victim, a former AEG co-worker. She said that on Nov. 22, 2015, Lublin allegedly crashed at her apartment, and she awoke to find “the defendant’s fingers inside her vagina.”

The incident was reported to HR, which launched an investigation.

“AEG Presents does not tolerate sexual harassment or misconduct, and we have and will continue to support our employees and cooperate with the authorities with respect to this matter,” said AEG spokesman Dennis Dennehy.

“AEG Presents’ Human Resources department learned of alleged misconduct by Mr. Lublin in October 2017. Within hours of learning this information the company suspended Mr. Lublin pending a thorough investigation. As a result of the investigation Mr. Lublin’s employment ended in October 2017.”

Lublin was vice president of talent at AEG for nearly a decade, then went on to work for First Access Entertainment in 2017.

He has been snapped at exclusive New York City parties posing with an array of hip-hop artists, including Method Man, Swizz Beatz and Maino.

Defense lawyer Scott Leemon declined to comment.
