Lublin also allegedly filmed himself assaulting her.

Assistant District Attorney Elizabeth Clerkin said the footage was found on Lublin's iCloud account.

The woman says she has no memory of being in Lublin's apartment and that she didn't consent to the photos and videos being taken.

Lublin, who was the former vice president of sports and live entertainment company AEG, was released on bail on Monday.

Prosecutors say Lublin has sexually assaulted three other unconscious women on different occasions.

He is already facing seven counts of sexual abuse and burglary from the alleged incidents involving the initial three women.

Lublin is accused of sneaking into the apartments of his two female neighbors on September 8 and 15.

He allegedly molested the two women and stole their underwear.

One of the women claims she woke to find Lublin touching her vagina and said he fled when she screamed out.

After reviewing surveillance video in the building, police confronted Lublin and they claim he threw a cup he had been holding into a nearby bin.

Officers retrieved the cup and found it to be stuffed with several pairs of women's underwear.

Authorities say they recovered more of the woman's underwear when they carried out a search warrant at Lublin's apartment.

Lublin is due to face court against on December 6.
