A massive Scottish estate measuring the same size as the city of Manchester could be yours if you have a spare £10m.

The Auch & Invermearan Estate in western Scotland is a sprawling hunk of wilderness flanked by the iconic Beinn Dorain to the west.

According to property website Rightmove it is the largest estate in Scotland to come to market in the last eight years.

It measures a whopping 28,202 acres making it the same size as the city of Manchester, while Wembley Stadium could fit into it 2,545 times over.

The estate located within the southern Highlands, straddling the counties Perthshire and Argyll.

The site is home to a hydro-scheme, which uses running water to generate electricity, as well as a six-bedroom lodge and a two-bedroom cottage.

Planning consent has already been given for a further two six-bedroom lodges.
