Chainway Releases High-performance Handheld Computer C66 and C61

Chainway has announced the launch of the newly upgraded 5.5-inch large screen handheld computer C66 and the handheld computer C61 with keypad. 

Both devices deliver excellent system performance, and can be flexibly equipped with a range of optional data collection functions to fulfill applications in various industries such as retail, logistics and so forth.

Based on Android 9.0 OS Qualcomm Octa-core speedy processor and large capacity storage (2GB+16GB / 3GB +32GB), both the C66 and C61 enable smoother data acquisition and faster APP processing speed with good compatibility and high security, helping users to greatly enhance working efficiency.

The C66 and C61 mobile computers are both equipped with numerous optional data acquisition functions. For example, they allow high-powered 1D/2D barcode scanning based on Zebra’s scan engine, and have the ability to perfectly identify curved and stained bar codes. They also offer optional UHF reading and writing (coming soon) based on the Impinj R2000 chip, enabling a read distance of over 15m outdoors and bulk reading of tags. In addition, the C66 can be paired with the R6 UHF sled for a complete one-piece UHF solution. When barcode-only scanning is required, the R6 can be easily detached to return the C66 to its lightweight size. In addition, the C66 and C61 can support optional functions like NFC and they both have a 13 MP high-definition camera.

When it comes to design, the C66 has a 5.5-inch HD screen which allows excellent touch-screen control and a wider visual experience. For convenience in specific applications, where it is difficult to perform touch screen operations, the C61 is equipped with two options for the numeric/QWERTY keypad.

In addition, both of these two handheld computers offer unparalleled battery life. The devices themselves come with large-capacity removable batteries and support QC3.0 quick charge that takes only two and a half hours to be fully charged. Moreover, they also support an optional trigger handle with a 5200mAh battery to greatly extend the power to easily cope with highly-intensive daily work. In addition, both the C61 and C66 also support a variety of accessories like charging cradle, battery charger, wristband and rubber bumper, etc., bringing comfort to users during operation.

The C66 and C61 can be used in a wide variety of industrial applications, such as front-of-store and warehouse management in retail, cycle-counting and sorting in logistics, asset management, manufacturing, energy, finance, etc., significantly improving working efficiency and reducing operational costs.
