Bollywood’s ‘Desi Girl’ bedazzled the crowds gathered at the Marrakesh International Film Festival as she attended the event in a gorgeous shimmery saree.
Staying true to her Indian heritage, the beauty had all eyes on her when she stepped onto the red carpet in the elegant yet sexy golden number with sequin detailing. Ditching the usual saree blouse, PeeCee opted for a tube top that only accentuated her look and added an oomph factor to the look.She topped the look off with an encrusted chocker can and wore her engagement ring as her best accessory.
The actress attended the festival, where she was honoured for her contribution to cinema in her career spanning over two decades. Taking to Instagram, Priyanka penned a heartfelt note of thanks that read, “To think that my career started nearly 20 years ago is surreal. I am honoured and proud to be recognized tonight at the Marrakesh Film Festival. Thank you, truly, to everyone who came out to Jemaa el Fna square. #Gratitude.”




Photos and videos doing the rounds see the actress having a gala time interacting and shaking hands with her fans gathered at the event. She even sent out a special note of thanks to her fans that read, “To all my Moroccan fans, you are incredible! Thank you for coming out to see me.”


Priyanka was also recently honoured with a UNICEF award for her humanitarian work and support for children’s welfare around the world.
On the work front, PeeCee last lent her voice to the Disney animated hit ‘Frozen 2’. Although she does not have any Bollywood project in the pipeline, she is keeping busy with other work commitments.
