Manitoba has a new westernmost cannabis store after Cannabis 204 opened in Virden on Tuesday.

The store is co-owned by Keith Horn and Vladimir Krukovsky, who were awarded their licence in May of this year.

Horn said that this week represented the store’s soft opening and a grand opening would be coming in the future, once he arranges things with product reps.

“It’s not a huge, upscale store,” Horn said. “It’s not a Toronto store, it’s a Manitoba store.”
