Santa Dash Glasgow: Road closures you need to know about as thousands set to descend on city

Thousands of people are set to descend on the streets of Glasgow tomorrow for Santa Dash tomorrow as runners raise money for good causes.

The annual 5k event, which has been running since 2006, will see around 8,000 people take to the roads in their red suits and hats.

As a result several roads across the city will be closed to allow the participants to enjoy the dash without a hitch.

The majority of streets will be closed from 5am tomorrow morning until around 4pm , however there will be some restrictions starting today.
