UP BJP chief Swatantra Dev Singh made a gaffe while talking about Mahatma Gandhi's address at BHU. In a speech aimed at praising PM Narendra Modi for his Swachh Bharat drive, Swatantra Dev Singh twice said that Mahatma Gandhi gave a speech at BHU in 2016. Modi was speaking about how PM Modi has fulfilled Mahatma Gandhi's wishes for cleaning the city of Kashi.
