TechM opens delivery centre in Warangal
Hyderabad: IT major Tech Mahindra Ltd on Tuesday announced the opening of its new delivery centre in Warangal, Telangana. The centre is expected to have a capacity to accommodate around 100 people.
Tech Mahindra said in a release that the new facility is in line with its TechMNxt charter, which focuses on leveraging next generation technologies and solutions like artificial intelligence to disrupt and enable digital transformation and to build and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions and services to address real world problems to meet the customer’s evolving and dynamic needs.

Tech Mahindra’s MD & CEO CP Gurnani said the opening of the new centre in collaboration with the Telangana government is a step towards enabling the talented workforce in tier-2 cities to collaborate and co-create smart and sustainable solutions for the future by leveraging next generation technologies.
He said Warangal is home to several reputed educational institutions and has huge potential to not only nurture the talent pipeline through skilling in emerging technologies but is also poised to fuel growth in textiles, life sciences and other industry verticals like IT and digital.
“Global players like Tech Mahindra can play a role in bridging the local-global divide. We hope the new campus will help us in addressing the evolving technology needs of local industries, besides significantly improving the skills and employability of the talent in these cities,” he said.
Telangana IT and industries minister KT Rama Rao said the opening of Tech Mahindra’s Warangal campus is an important step in the government’s efforts to digitally transform Warangal and other tier-II cities by riding the immense potential of the people and leveraging new age technologies like AI and Blockchain.
