Emmerdale viewers are convinced one village resident will wrongly be accused of murdering Graham Foster, or maybe two village residents have teamed up - with him appearing to be attacked more than once.

Each day this week, a different suspect's movements and motives have been made clearer.

The episodes have all ended with a moment from Graham's demise, but this has only sparked confusion.

On Monday we saw the character seemingly dead amongst a pile of leaves, while Tuesday revealed he was whacked over the head with a pole or bat.

But to add confusion to the tale, Wednesday's tense episode saw the character seemingly thrown or pushed off a bridge or rockery.

Several viewers admitted being left baffled, unsure if we were seeing true events, while others got thinking about what it could all mean.

It's not yet clear if all the scenes will overlap into one big timeline, or whether fans are seeing alternate endings.

But one thing that has got viewers talking is the potential of two killers or at least two attackers.

Some fans are wondering if the different attack scenes have all happened, but might be more than one character having their revenge on Graham.

Viewers have even suggested one character might "kill" the character, only for him to survive and then be killed by one of the other seven suspects.

The suspects include Charity Dingle, Marlon Dingle, Jai Sharma, Al Chapman, and Kim, Andrea and Jamie Tate.

So do two of the characters team up, or are two of the names guilty?

One fan said: "Don't think Graham's dead when he falls off the bridge I think someone kills him after."

Another tweeted: "Charity and Ryan THINK they've killed Graham by running him over. He'll get back up and someone will strike the final blow actually killing him."

A third added: "I reckon they all played a part in Graham's murder. Each suspect played a part in killing him, I don't think it was just one person."

Viewers will find out all the details and what really happened over the next couple of days.

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
