Renacon opens new unitat SIPCOT in Tirunelveli
Chennai: Erode-based Renacon AAC blocks manufacturer - Renaatus Procon Pvt Ltd has invested Rs 50 crore in a new plant at SIPCOT in Tirunelveli.
P Selvasundram, chairman and managing director of Renaatus Procon said, “We aim to generate a direct employment to over 300 employees with this new plant launch.” AAC Block is a viable alternative to conventional block, which is largely used for major projects like Chennai Metro and Chennai Airport.

With this plant expansion the company said to aim to help the construction industry to surpass the present crisis of sand and red bricks shortage.
This is the company’s second plant at Tirunelveli in Tamil Nadu, after Arcot, besides depots in Chennai and Coimbatore. It also has distributor base across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
