Stetson men's tennis swept a rare doubleheader Sunday, downing Bethune-Cookman, 5-2, and Florida National, 7-0, at Mandy Stoll Tennis Center in DeLand.
The Hatters (2-1) breezed through both matches, losing just four sets overall. Stetson’s Clement Hamel, Alexandre Hillhouse, Sven Thiergard and Tim Gennes each won twice in singles.
In doubles action the tandem of Hillhouse and Hamel won twice, while Josh Laka and Gennes, and Fabian Penzkofer and Thiergard each won once.
