Formally opened on December 18 at Petron SLEX southside, Jollibee’s latest “Level Up Joy” store features a souped-up version of the classic diner, replete with modern innovations and high-tech amenities. The latest outlet is the company’s 1200th store in the country, celebrating a milestone in its business portfolio packed with lots of surprises for Jollibee-loving Pinoys.

To cite, here are the things we can look forward to at the new Jollibee “Level Up Joy” store:
1. Dual lane drive-thru
This is the first-ever dual lane drive-thru in the Philippines. Yes, you read that right: two lanes! Both lanes have their own ordering, payment, and pick up counters, allowing store crews to serve more motorists faster.

Further, these lanes are both equipped with Drive-thru Lane Sensor System, a mechanism that provides real time drive-thru performance data, such as waiting bay times and average service speed. You no longer need to wait long queues at a single drive-thru. Ideal for those on a family holiday trip or quick barkada getaway.
2. Automated Food Conveyor System
This is an automated conveyor that delivers your meals from the kitchen to the pick-up counters. Talk about speed and efficiency through automation. As always, you’ll get your Jollibee favorites on time.

3. Wireless charging pads
If you’re one of those who like reading news or emails on the phone while dining, this comes in handy. Charge all you want while eating your favorite Jollibee meals, without the hassle of standing next to a normal phone charging station. Cool beans!
4. Self-order kiosks
Customers now have the option to place orders on an electronic menu board instead of placing them at the counter. Want your fix of Spicy Chicken Joy? Just tap on the screen. The kiosks also come with multiple payment options, either through credit card, Pay Maya, Jollibee Happy Plus Card, or cash.
Once done, you can just go to the counter and get your order. Per calculations of Jollibee, using the kiosks lessens the time for processing orders by more than half.
