The owners of Bar Louie restaurants filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in federal court Monday.According to a statement, before filing, the chain closed "underperforming locations" in several cities. Its remaining 90 restaurants, including two in the Pittsburgh area, are expected to continue operating normally.The company's lenders are providing financing that will allow the chain to stay open through the bankruptcy process.In a statement, the chain announced it plans to emerge from bankruptcy in 90 days.
