Holly Willoughby surprised fans today, as she appeared very fresh, despite being at the NTA Awards last night.

Yesterday saw This Morning scoop the award for the tenth year running, with Holly and Phil celebrating alongside the team.

In previous years Holly has appeared very hungover on the sofa the next day - but today she posted a photo of her outfit for today's show, where she looked remarkably perky.

Wearing a polka dot navy midi dress from L.K.Bennett Holly held her award up and wore her blonde hair down in waves.

And her followers were quick to comment on her lack of hangover.

Last night rumours of the feud between Ruth Langsford and Phillip Schofield intensified, as they appeared frosty towards each other at the podium.

All the presenters appeared on stage to collect the gong including Holly Willoughby, Phillip, Ruth and her husband Eamonn Holmes.

After Holly had given a speech, Phil made an effort to make sure Eamonn and Ruth were recognised for their efforts.

Ruth goes over to the microphone

Amicably giving Ruth a quick hug, Phil said: "Eamonn and Ruth, your Friday's are fantastic, we love you so much. You should say something too I think."

Ruth took the microphone and said: "Thank you so much. Ten years, wow, what an achievement - it’s an absolute honour to go on that show everyday.

“We love it because we know you love it. Ten years in a row is an amazing achievement.”

But despite the pair sharing an amicable hug and Phillip letting Ruth have her moment as well, viewers claimed there was an apparent 'tension' in the air saying their was a 'cold' manner between the pair.

And Piers Morgan added fuel to the fire this morning as he spoke about This Morning's win.

Piers said:"We're all one big happy family - aren't we Ruth - awks."
