Mishap in Ernakulam: Powerful firecracker falls on crowd in temple fest, several injured

A major mishap happened in Ernakulam. Several people, including women and children, were injured when firecrackers from a pyrotechnics show at the Nadakkavu temple near Thripunithura fell among the gathered crowd on Wednesday night. A part of a firecracker landed amid a group of spectators at the temple, according to cops. The incident happened when fireworks display began, which was a part of the temple festival. Nadakkavu Devi temple falls under Udayamperoor police station limits.
