Knowledge Oman Founder to speak at the 11th Gulf Education Conference

Muscat: Tariq Hilal al Barwani, Knowledge Oman founder, has been invited to participate and speak at the 11th Gulf Education Conference taking place two-days consecutively starting on the 23rd of February 2020 in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.

Extraordinary line up of Saudi Global policy makers, pioneers in education, and experts will be presenting and offering expertise and insights on the relationship between universities and the fourth industrial revolution (4IR).

“I’m honored to be selected to attend the conference to share knowledge and speak on what it takes to adapt to the change this new revolution would bring to education, society and our lives as a whole. My goal will be to present practical steps required to prepare, change and benefit from the fourth industrial revolution” said Tariq Al-Barwani.

Barwani’s participation and focus is on sharing practical knowledge and steps the academia and professionals in the field can learn and take necessary actions to prepare for the revolution.

The 11th Gulf Education conference will explore the relationship between universities and the fourth industrial revolution with a view to universities shaping it more effectively and preparing society to make the most of it. The conference aims to help university leaders and those leading aspects of industry, commerce, the professions and government make difference as a whole.

The conference will be held February 23-24, 2020, at the University of Business and Technology, Dhaban Campus, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Over 400 senior leaders from colleges, universities and ministries are expected to attend the 2 days’ conference.
