A program aimed at helping children foster a love for reading at an early age is now available in Clark County.Dolly Parton's Imagination Library is a book gifting program that mails free books to children from birth to age five in participating communities throughout the United States.Parton launched the effort in 1995 to benefit the children of her home county in East Tennessee.According to the Imagination Library website, the program has mailed over 130 million books worldwide.Click here to register your child.
