Prince George RCMP are asking for the public's help in locating a missing woman.

Candace Selina Williams, 35, is described as Indigenous, 163 cm (5'4") tall and weighing 54 kg (120 lbs) with brown eyes, short black hair, although she may be wearing a purple wig, a mole above her lip on the left side and several tattoos, including "Dad" on her left hand. She was last seen wearing a purple coat and blue jeans.

RCMP said Williams was originally from the New Hazelton area and has been known to hitchhike to and from New Hazelton, Terrace, Kelowna, Vancouver and Surrey and may also be using the alias Steffanie Wright.

Williams has not been seen since Sat., Feb. 15 and her disappearance was reported to RCMP on Mon., Feb. 17.

"Family and friends have not heard from Candace and are concerned for her safety," RCMP said.
