LANSING (WLNS): On Saturday around 5:00 am Lansing Police responded to a downed utility pole on Cedar Street.

According to Police, when they arrived, they discovered a car had crashed into the utility pole and a local party store. The car was there, but the driver left the scene.

Lansing Board of Water and Light are working to repair the damage. Cedar Street and East Holmes road have been closed since 5:00 am.

Lansing Police said the car was towed and debris were cleaned up.

No arrests have been made and it is has not been determined if speed, drugs or alcohol were factors in this crash.
