Myleene Klass joined her daughters Ava, 12, and Hero, eight, for a first aid course, before revealing she had to help a woman who had collapsed on the tube the next day.
The presenter, 41, took to social media to share a snap of the training the Klass family had at their house while a member of staff from St John's Ambulance supervised them on Thursday.
And it was just the next day when Myleene put her skills to good use, after an emergency call was made asking for assistance after a lady had fainted in one of the tube's carriages.
Her eldest daughter Ava, said: "Well a lady fainted on the train and was really hot and so they asked for medical assistance so mumma went out... It's perfect timing we just did a first aid course."
But despite the scare, Myleene reassured her followers that the lady was okay.
The doting mother decided to educate her children on the importance of first aid after several terrifying medical emergencies.
Myleene last year became a mother-of-three, after welcoming son Apollo on August 1st with fashion PR Simon Motson, 45.
Despite having a traumatic birth, Myleene said at the time she's "loving every minute" of being a new mum again - including the gruelling night feeds.
Apollo is the first child for Myleene and her partner Simon. Like her, he has two children from his previous marriage.
Myleene's former husband Graham Quinn, father of her two daughters, walked out on her just six months after their wedding.
She later admitted to turning to drink to get through the ordeal.
After meeting Simon she gushed: "I just thank my lucky stars. I can't believe I'm here and that everything has aligned.
"And the fact I could have missed out on having such an incredible man in my life would have been the biggest travesty of all."
