Baladna Food Industries participated in the third round of ‘Made in Qatar’ Exhibition organised by Qatar Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Qatar Development Bank and Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Prominent government and private Qatari organisations and companies participated in this notable exhibition held from February 19 to 22 at the Kuwait Exhibition Center in Kuwait City.
Baladna’s stand was very noticeable. Exhibitors and visitors expressed their delight with the products Baladna exhibited including milk, cheese, laban, labneh and juices.
Minister of Commerce and Industry, H E Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, with his Kuwaiti counterpart, H E Khalid bin Nasser Al Rodan, and Chairman of Qatar Chamber of Commerce, Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassem Al Thani, and other high profile government and private companies executives visited Baladna’s stand.
Guests at Baladna stand praised the enormous efforts the company has done in a record period on the world food industry scene. Baladna was among the Qatari companies honored at the exhibition being the Diamond Sponsor.
On this occasion, Malcom Jordan, Baladna’s CEO, expressed his extreme pleasure for Baladna to be chosen to be the Diamond Sponsor of this magnificent event. Jordan assured that Baladna’s main objective, after the immense success it achieved in the Qatari market is to continue its efforts to develop and expand in compliance to the government’s strategy in supporting and developing industrial and agricultural products to further increase their presence in the regional and international markets, a step that will support the growth of Qatar’s economy.
Jordan extended his thankfulness to the organisers of the event and to the Kuwaiti officials expressing his real joy to meet with Kuwaiti businessmen and executives who showed real interest in bringing in Baladna’s products to the Kuwaiti market.
