DENVER (KDVR) — Another presidential candidate has packed the Fillmore Auditorium in Denver.

Senator Elizabeth Warren rallied around 4,000 supporters Sunday – completing a wild political week in Colorado which saw rallies from Bernie Sanders, Pete Buttigieg, Amy Klobuchar and President Donald Trump.

Colorado is part of Super Tuesday, and 67 delegates are at stake.

Warren began her rally outside — speaking to supporters who could not make it inside the venue.

“The bad news is there is no more room inside – the good news is there is no more room inside,” Warren said to a crowd of a couple hundred supporters outside before going inside to speak to thousands.

Inside Warren was introduced by State Senator Julie Gonzales (D – Denver).

Warren kicked off her speech inside by going after Mike Bloomberg – something Warren has done routinely since last week’s debate.

“We got a threat that is coming and that threat is in the name of Mike Bloomberg,” Warren said.

“He is the riskiest nominee for the Democrats,” Warren added

“We are not trading one arrogant billionaire for another,” Warren said.

Warren’s path to the nomination was made more complicated over the weekend following a fourth place finish in Nevada.

While Bernie Sanders surges, Warren dismissed any suggestion her campaign is struggling.

“We need a fighter who can get things done,” Warren told supporters.

“Bernie supports the filibuster,” Warren said as she attacked Sanders.

Warren highlighted the need to get the Senate back in control of the Democratic Party.

“I’m looking at you Colorado,” Warren said.

Warren did disappoint supporters by not stopping for a selfie line, a signature of her campaign.

Warren’s campaign said her flight to South Carolina precluded her from stopping for pictures.

After the speech FOX 31 political reporter Joe St. George asked Warren if it’s time to leave the race after finishing fourth in Nevada.
