The death of Hollywood actor Kirk Douglas sent shockwaves in the entire movie industry in America. It’s reported that his son, Michael Douglas’s was left out from the will, leaving him with nothing from his father’s £61 Million fortune.

It is believed that Kirk, asked for his entire £61million fortune to be given to charity when he dies. Kirk Douglas died in his home at the age of 103 and laid was laid to rest on February 7. Kirk left behind Anne, his second wife, and three of his four sons: Michael, Joel, and Peter.

Some of the beneficiaries of Kirk’s fortune include St Lawrence University, the Sinai Temple of Los Angeles, the Kirk Douglas Theatre and the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

It doesn’t seem to be much of a surprise as Micahel Douglas, a house hold name in the Hollywood industry has his own net worth of about $300million and other revenues which generates money bigger and better than his father’s.
