The uniformed ITBP man had arrived at Buxar railway station earlier in the evening and was on his way to his village under Mufassil police station area when he stopped at Chandi Chowk and started banging on people’s doors and hurling abuses.

“Himanshu had arrived at Buxar on leave and was heavily drunk. He kept falling on the ground and continued to hurl abuses. A police team arrested him after some residents informed the police,” Mufassil SHO Mukesh Kumar said, adding, it is not known how he reached the spot from the railway station while going home and no liquor bottle was found on him.
“He also hurled abuses at the police personnel who had gone to the spot.
