Secunderabad: Schoolmates attack teen with blade

SECUNDERABAD: A class 10 student was allegedly attacked with a blade by two of his schoolmates at Kanojiguda in Secunderabad on Tuesday night. The two accused who are both minors were booked for attempt to murder, Alwal police said.
The 16-year-old victim is a student of a government school and a resident of Subhash Nagar. According to cops, the victim was on his way home after special classes when the two boys attacked him.
“The victim was involved in a petty quarrel with the accused persons a month ago. They study in the same school. The two 17-year-old boys beat the victim up and then attacked him with a blade on his throat,” inspector P Yadagiri said. The victim is out of danger.
