In fact, 40 per cent of the surveyed customers who visited the ‘T-Homes’ in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad, said that smart homes are the future. “T-Homes is the first true smart homes project in India and is located in proximity to important landmarks in Delhi-NCR region,” the survey report says.
