47-year-old in isolation dies in Patan

Palanpur: A 47-year-old man, who was under treatment as suspected COVID-19 patient, died at Dharpur Medical College in Patan on Tuesday.
However, his samples have been sent to BJ Medical College in Ahmedabad for tests and the report is awaited.
In-charge chief district health officer (CDHO) Dr Bharat Goswami said that the man was admitted with complaint of breathlessness and cough on Monday.“He had been to Mumbai a couple of weeks ago where he had met some people. He has no history of foreign travel,” said Goswami, adding that we are tracing the people the deceased had met before coming to Patan.
