YOU COULD HAVE SOMEBODY EXPOSED TO THE VIRUS, AND THEY HAVE TO SELF-ISOLATE, THEIR CONTACTS HAVE TO SELF-ISOLATE. THAT CREATES A MANPOWER ISSUE. I’M ALSO SIGNING AN EXECUTIVE ORDER THAT ALLOWS RECENTLY RETIRED LAW ENFORCEMENT AND HEALTH CARE PERSONNEL TO REJOIN THE FIGHT. CURRENT LAW PROHIBITS PERSONNEL RETIRING FROM THE STATE FORCE FROM RETURNING TO FOR SIX MONTHS OF RETIREMENT.
